Al shaheen Est. we are keen for our customers to  shop with confidence and reassurance by providing a service to return the price of their purchases within 14 days from the date of purchase, taking into account the terms and conditions set forth below:

Purchases returned must be in a packaging and tags upon completion of the purchase process and accompanied by the original purchase receipt. 

For the sake of the safety of our customers, we regret not replacing or returning towels, sheets, cosmetics and perfumes unless there are manufacturing defects, or if the commodity does not conform to the specified standard, or the commodity did not perform the purpose for which it was contracted.

Purchases that were purchased at a reduced price during offers and sales period can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of purchase, and the cash value of these purchases cannot be refunded unless there are manufacturing defects, or if the commodity does not conform to the prescribed standard specifications, or if the commodity cannot fulfill the purpose for which it was  contracted.
